The ZMail Survey Manager provides the ability to manually or automatically, with increased detail, create targeted offers utilizing recipient preferences. Our ZMail Filter Wizard (query tool) accessed within the ZMail Campaign Manager provides specific criteria counts and the ability to create new segments. Users can perform multi-variable queries using advanced query statements, including multiple Boolean operations, on one or multiple lists without requiring any programming knowledge.

Once a sublist has been created, because of real-time integration, each sublist is automatically updated with the results, including unsubscribes, of any future mailing. The ZMail Filter Wizard is fully integrated and enabled through the ZMail Main Menu and requires no advanced hardware integration or SQL (Structured Query Language) programming knowledge.

Response Tracking

ZMail offers an even greater level of customization through analysis of customer responses. Our Behavioral Tracking feature can detail the status of emails. Whether they were clicked through or closed loop statistics, ZMail provides all of the criteria for future contact.

Emails can be customized and targeted based on customer responses. For example, ZMail can track customers who opened an email, customers who responded, customers who have responded previously, or customers who spent x number of dollars.
