The ZMail Survey Manager provides the ability
to manually or automatically, with increased detail, create
targeted offers utilizing recipient preferences. Clients have
the ability to send emails based upon simple demographics
as well as a host of more detailed profile information obtained
from surveys and customer responses. By continually integrating
new, pertinent information, our clients have the strongest

Segmenting & Filtering
The power of ZMail is in creating segments
through filters (sublists). Determining customer preferences
and then providing offers of interest to them builds relationships
and customer loyalty. “Predetermined intelligence” (reliable knowledge of what customers like) gives our clients
an unprecedented advantage over any other advertising and
marketing vehicle. ZMail gives them the ability to address
their customer with direct information focused on what is
desirable based on their preferences.
Our ZMail Filter Wizard (query tool) accessed
within the ZMail Campaign Manager provides specific criteria
counts and the ability to create new segments. Users can perform
multi-variable queries using advanced query statements, including
multiple Boolean operations, on one or multiple lists without
requiring any programming knowledge.
Once a sublist has been created, because
of real-time integration, each sublist is automatically updated
with the results, including unsubscribes, of any future mailing.
The ZMail Filter Wizard is fully integrated and enabled through
the ZMail Main Menu and requires no advanced hardware integration
or SQL (Structured Query Language) programming knowledge.
Response Tracking
ZMail offers an even greater level of customization
through analysis of customer responses. Our Behavioral Tracking
feature can detail the status of emails. Whether they were
clicked through or closed loop statistics, ZMail provides
all of the criteria for future contact.
Emails can be customized and targeted based
on customer responses. For example, ZMail can track customers
who opened an email, customers who responded, customers who
have responded previously, or customers who spent x number
of dollars. Our tracking capability is the ultimate tool for
planning and marketing directly to customers based on their
responses.
Dynamic Content Communication
ZMail Dynamic Content provides the ability to direct different
messaging to different segments within the database. Our clients
can capture specific preferences and market to them. This
feature can be as simple as one preference or very complex
to capture a host of preferences and fine-tune the target

Event-driven capabilities within the ZMail system provide
for an entire host of eCRM techniques. When our clients contact
customers with personalized messages combined with event-driven

events direct from host databases complete with defined delivery
parameters.
Real-Time Reporting
The ZMail Filter Wizard and Reporting Tools give our customers
