Real-Time Integration & Reporting

ZMail proves its ability to turn hard data into meaningful information with its ZMail real-time reports. Clients can access, edit and instantly download data from the database. These reports can be formatted in any manner of the client’s choosing to include total subscribers, new subscribers, unsubscribe requests and/or bounce removals.

Data Upload

ZMail clients have the ability to upload their own data manually or automatically. The dynamic ZMail Data Upload feature allows clients to upload email lists with or without an unlimited number of profiles that may already exist in a legacy system.

The power of ZMail Profile Building is in its ability to help clients truly understand who their customers are. Our Profile Build approach is two-fold. Secondly, ZMail has the ability to automatically build, manage and host rich customer profiles.

This ability allows clients to access the ZMail database for segmentation, querying and analysis. A client database can be synchronized through an API gateway or via data exports. This information provides a vital understanding of the customer and enables our clients to create programs and offers of compelling relevance.

Customer Profiles

With ZMail, clients can build an unlimited number of profile elements. Rich, detailed profiles give the client the ability to understand “touchpoints” of the customer. “Touchpoints” indicate opportunities to provide relevant information and in turn, promotions the customer will be more likely to respond to.

Profiles can also be queried and segmented to determine demographic/geographic/psychographic information for better statistical analysis. This data gives clients the ability to understand their customers’ buying habits. And when you understand your customer, you have the information necessary to build customer loyalty thus extending the LTV (lifetime value) of that opt-in, permission-based recipient.

Survey Manager

Customer surveys are an industry standard for online direct marketing and are an effective customer profile building tool. ZMail goes beyond the traditional "static" surveys of most advanced email providers by designing response-driven surveys that are unobtrusive, easy for the customer to complete, and dynamic in the way that they provide meaningful and invaluable information.

ZMail can automatically generate an unlimited number of relevant survey questions. The ZMail Hierarchy Wizard allows for easy implementation of questions for an unlimited number of email campaigns. Our clients can use incentives to drive and encourage participation which increases trending and data mining potential.

Data Integration

Clients can choose Self-Service upload tools or have ZMail handle the integration process. ZMail understands the sensitivity of data integration issues of our clients. Data security can be implemented from simple keyed access to complete server relocation based on customer requirements. The beauty of ZMail is the ability to begin work immediately with no long or difficult implementation cycles.

List Hygiene

List hygiene saves our clients time and money. Duplicate and incorrect names are an income drain and can make clients look out of touch with their customer base. Our data loading system automatically removes duplicate names and flags undeliverable names. An immediate emailed report is available describing all the results of the upload.

ZMail also has the important characteristic of determining “soft bounces” from hard (invalid email address) bounces. Clients do not want to lose customer contact due to temporary problems with a customer address. Through the use of sophisticated algorithms, ZMail can identify the difference between a “hard bounce” and a “soft bounce” and maintain a quality database of valid profiled opt-in recipients.
